In some versions of Excel, this Menu is Review -> Changes -> Protect Sheet.

Review -> Protect -> Protect Sheet allows a user to protect certain aspects of a worksheet:

Select locked cells
Select unlocked cells
Format cells
Format columns and/or rows
Insert columns and/or rows
Delete hyperlinks
Delete columns/rows
Sort
Use AutoFilter
Use PivotTable & PivotChart
Edit objects
Edit scenarios
