• Normal font (yes/no)
• Effects (strikethrough, superscript, subscript)

Tick or untick

Locking cells or hiding formulas has no effect until the worksheet is protected (Review -> Change -> Protect Sheet)

The Menu Home -> Editing -> Clear has a command Clear Formats which removes all applied formats of the selected Range.
