LowLevelHooksTimeout
The value of LowLevelHooksTimeout
specifies the maximum time in milli-seconds that a low level keyboard hook procedure (intalled with SetWindowsHookEx(… ,WH_KEYBOARD_LL, …)
) is granted to process a keybaord message before the hook is (silently) removed.
The default value was changed from 30000 (=30 seconds) to 1000 (= 1 second) in Windows 10 version 1709.
WheelScrollLines
(which is a REG_SZ
! in the range between 1 and 100 ?) determines how many lines a document is moved when a user rolls the mouse wheel.
Apparently, the special number 4294967294 specifies to scroll an entire page.

is a flag that controls if the

The computer must be rebooted for this change to take effect.
