Oracle: Patch Set Update (PSU)

A Patch Set Update is a cumulative collection of high impact, low risk, and proven fixes for a specific product or component and Security Patch Updates.

With 18c, Oracle has replaced PSUs with Release Updates (RU) and Update Revisions (RUR).

RUs and RURs are provided on a quarterly basis.
