The value of remote_login_passwordfile can be set to one of

`none`	The database behaves as though there was no password file; privileged connections are not possible over nonsecure connections.
`exclusive`	The password file is exclusively used for one database.
`shared`	A password file is shared by multiple databases on the same server, or by multiple instances of an RAC database. A shared password file is read-only.
