C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10 is the default installation directory for the Windows SDK.

This directory is also pointed at by the Visual Studio environment variable %WindowsSdkDir%.

Apparently, the value of %UniversalCRTSdkDir% also points to the same directory.
