docker pull

docker pull pull an image or a repository from a registry. 
docker pull [OPTIONS] NAME[:TAG|@DIGEST]

Options

-a --all-tags Download all tagged images in the repository
--disable-content-trust Skip image verification (default true)
--platform string Set platform if server is multi-platform capable
-q --quiet Suppress verbose output

Demonstration

$ docker images -f reference=hello-world
REPOSITORY   TAG       IMAGE ID   CREATED   SIZE

$ docker pull hello-world
Using default tag: latest
latest: Pulling from library/hello-world
c1ec31eb5944: Pull complete
