Cloud Control is a web based management console for Oracle.

Components of Cloud Control

• Oracle Management Service (OMS) (A set of J2EE applications)
• Oracle Management Agents (processes deployed on each monitored host)
• Oracle Management Repository (basically an Oracle schema)

RMAN is accessible from the Cloud Control through a set of wizards. In fact, Oracle says that Cloud Control is simpler than RMAN.

It's possible to define a job schedule and specify job parameters.
