Oracle: Init parameter OPTIMIZER_REAL_TIME_STATISTICS

If optimizer_real_time_statistics is set to true, Oracle will gather real time statistics during conventional DML statements operations.

The default value is false.

The parameter is available in Oracle 19.10 and later.
