Oracle: ANSI Joins

Traditional joins are sometimes preferred over ANSI joins because ANSI joins

• prevent the application of global hints
• might be the cause for ORA-12054: cannot set the ON COMMIT refresh attribute for the materialized view errors when trying to be used in materialized views.
