Oholiab (אָהֳלִיאָב, Strongs 171) bedeutet wohl »Zelt des Vaters«, bestehend aus אֹהֶל (Strongs 168) und אָב (Strongs 1).
Huram-Abi, der in ähnlicher Weise wie Bezaleel und Oholiab am Tempel von
Salomo mithalf (
2. Chr 2:13) ist mütterlicherseits vom Stamm Dan, vgl aber
1. Kö 7:14 (Vom Stamm Naphtali).
