Windows Settings: Region & language

The Region & language settings Window can be opened on the command line with 
c:\> start ms-settings:regionlanguage

Country or region

The chosen value of Country or region is stored in the registry under the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International\Geo.
With PowerShell, the value of Country or region can be set or queried with the noun winHomeLocation.
