After a fresh installation of Windows 10, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\BackupAndRestoreSettings has one sub key only: Providers which itself has only two subkeys:

• Windows.Internal.BackupRestore.SettingsProviders.LocalBackupSettingsProvider
• Windows.Internal.BackupRestore.SettingsProviders.Win7BackupSettingsProvider
