ShowStatus

The value of ShowStatus determines how the language bar is shown:

0: Floating on desktop
3: Hidden
4: Docked in the taskbar

Misc

Apparently, in order to monitor the changes made to the registry with procmon, the rundll32.exe process name needs to be enabled.
