Invoking set-wsManQuickConfig allows the local computer to receive remote PowerShell commands that are communicated using the Web Services for Management (WS-Management) protocol.
This cmdLet needs to be invoked with administrator privileges.
The following steps are performed by set-wsManQuickConfig:
Creates a listener to accept requests on any IP address. The default transport is HTTP.
Enables a firewall exception for WinRM traffic.

Make sure that the Microsoft.PowerShell, Microsoft.PowerShell.Workflow and Microsoft.PowerShell32 (64-bit computer) session configurations are registered?
Enable all session configurations?
Change the security descriptor of all session configurations to allow remote access.
