Outlook: Message -> Clipboard -> Paste

The Paste button allows to paste

• keeping the source formatting
• merging formattings
• keeping text only
• pasting specially
• setting default paste

Set Default Paste… takes the user to File -> Options -> Mail -> Compose messages -> Editor options -> Advanced from where he can go to Cut, copy, and paste to set permanent pasting options.
