The Excel worksheet function convert() converts a number from one measurement system to another:
=convert(num, "UnitFrom", "UnitTo")
For example, =convert(0.7, "yr", "day") evaluates to 255.675 which corresponds to the number of days in seven tenths of a year.
Note that the unit names are case-sensitive.
