Excel: View -> Window -> Freeze Pane

View -> Window -> Freeze Pane allows to keep a specified portion (such as first row or left most column) of a worksheet visible while navigating through the rest of the worksheet.

In VBA, this functionality is exposed through window.freezePanes.
