/lib/ld-linux.so.2 is dynamic loader. (Aka known as the execution time linker/loader).

Apparently, readelf -l /path/to/executable | grep intepreter refers to /lib/ld-linux.so.2 as program interpreter.

The 64 bit dynamic loader is /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2.
