Apparently, openbox can be configured with ObConf (the Openbox Configurator Manager)

Keyboard binding

Some default key bindings. Cool is:

Windows F1 … F4 : goes to nth desktop instantly
Ctrl+Alt+{left|right}: go to next left/right desktop
Shift+Alt+{left|right}: almost same thing
Alt+Left Mouse Button: Move window
Alt+Right Mouse Button: Move border closest to mouse pointer of window beneath mouse.

Apparently, these can be configured in the <keyboard> section in the rc.xml file.
